Happy Saturday!

It’s actually been a lovely day here in NYC and the day started out with a quick trip to DUMBO’s Time Out Market NY.

You see a couple of days ago I read an article about Settepani Bakery’s limited time offering of a special Rainbow Cookie Croissant filled with almond paste and raspberry filling.

Fast forward 2 days and a telephone call later, it became this weekend’s mission to find the Settepani Bakery Outpost! Our 7 year old was also super excited about our new mission to get the rainbow cookie croissant and journey back to DUMBO brooklyn!

This limited time offering lasts only through March 2024 (I wish I stumbled upon the article earlier!) As it’s such a cool and fun take on a croissant I had to share some pictures!

Here are some yummy pics from our visit. As you can see there’s a nice selection to choose from. Coffee is also available to wash the yummy desserts down.

Time Out Market NY has many more wonderful food stalls, so be sure to stop by the next time you’re in DUMBO Brooklyn. And go early because it gets crowded on Saturdays.

As for the Rainbow Cookie Croissant…it was delicious! Perfect with my americano coffee! I look forward to our next trip to Settepani Bakery for more desserts!
